Wellness Coaching helps you to address imbalances in your life that may be affecting your wellbeing. But how does it work? Well we’ll work together to understand what your wellness goals are and what you want to achieve. Taking small steps at a time we'll look at what may be stopping you from achieving your goals and creating a toolbox of skills for you to apply going forward. We’ll look at all aspects of your wellbeing and sessions may include visualisations, mindfulness and meditation. Between sessions you will have small actions to take in helping to achieve your goals. One thing I would say is that I can help you facilitate change and achieve your goals, however it is down to you to make the commitment to putting the work in too.
